By accessing or using StockDebate AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

StockDebate AI is an AI-powered tool that generates structured investment debates on publicly listed stocks. The Service produces text and audio content representing hypothetical bull and bear perspectives on investment theses. Content is generated automatically using large language models and does not reflect the views of any human analyst, financial advisor, or StockDebate AI as an entity.

4. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

5. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit system. Credits are purchased in packs and consumed per debate generated. The following payment terms apply:

• Credits are non-refundable once consumed, except in the case of a failed debate generation, in which case credits are automatically returned to your account.
• Credits expire as stated at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect already-purchased credit packs.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content for the purpose of market manipulation or securities fraud.
• Redistribute or resell generated content as proprietary financial research without clearly disclosing its AI-generated origin.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the Service beyond its API.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the specific debate content generated for your account. StockDebate AI retains all rights to the Service, its underlying models, software, and infrastructure. You may not claim that AI-generated debates represent original human research or analysis.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated content may contain errors, outdated information, or hallucinations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StockDebate AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to investment losses, arising from your use of or reliance on content generated by the Service.

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, as determined by the governing law of the jurisdiction where the operator is registered.
